For a city that is home to the grand Taj Mahal, Agra really has nothing much to offer except a handful of nice buildings.  All the surrounding areas and indeed the roads that lead right up to Taj Mahal are nothing short of disgusting and disgraceful.  Once you've seen the Taj, you'd really never wish to go to Agra again!
